A Seattle pigeon flutters on despite the metal dart piercing its head. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is offering a $2,000 reward for information on whoever has been shooting downtown pigeons with blow guns. I think the reward is cool if you could also get to shoot a dart from a blow gun at the fool who did this cruel deed to this pigeon!
